Social Science Division includes Child Development, Geography, History, Human Services, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Religion, Sociology.
MISSION: The courses offered in the Division of Social Sciences are to enable students to fulfill the requirements necessary for them to transfer to a 4-year institutions, complete terminal programs or certificates at Gadsden State or to provide opportunities for personal enrichment. In the case of some certificate/degree programs such as Human Services of Child Development, immediate entry into the work force is possible.
