Greetings from Coach Bailey!
Welcome to another exciting season of Gadsden State women’s basketball! We are looking to a year of improvement, as we strive to meet our goals and the goals of the college. We expect to compete at the highest level in the country, while representing Gadsden State in a positive way.
I am honored to be here as your head coach, and I am encouraged with the progress we are seeing in our players (on the court and in the classroom), our recruiting, and in the overall direction of the program. The rich tradition that has been established here provides us with a great foundation on which to build, and we look forward to a future that includes championships.
I have enjoyed getting to know the Gadsden State Community, and we are striving to put a team on the floor that is tenacious, hard working, and fun to watch! We want to see you in Beck Field house every time we step on the court, as we are committed to putting an aggressive, competitive team on the court every game.
Thank you for your support as we have begun the task here in Gadsden—your enthusiasm inspires the team and my staff as we work hard on the recruiting trail and on the court every day.
So make it your goal to be here cheering on the Lady Cardinals during the 2007-2008 seasons. We have a tough schedule, especially in the challenging ACCC.
