What is F.O.C.U.S.?
Mission Statement:
The mission of F.O.C.U.S. is to enhance the environment for success and retention for entering students prior to registration.
Goal:
To accomplish through a collaborative effort the presenting of essential facts, procedures and services that will facilitate a smooth transition into the academic, social and cultural climate of Gadsden State Community College.
Objectives:
- Assist students in making a meaningful and smooth transition to Gadsden State.
- Actively engage the entire College in a coordinated and shared effort in providing a warm welcome to new members of our community.
- Help students become familiar with and feel connected to the campus through its curricular and co-curricular opportunities.
