  • The ticket office is located in room 121 of Wallace Hall. It is open 8 AM-12 PM, Mondays - Thursdays during each academic semesters, and operates on a reduced schedule during breaks in the College's academic year. Call us for the latest schedule: 256-549-8325.

Fees

Online Charge: Fees range from $1.99 to $3.99 for each ticket purchased online
Phone Charge: Fees range from $0.99 to $2.49 for each ticket purchased by phone
Box Office: We glady accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex for ticket purchases. There is a small credit card fee added to each transaction to cover the cost of this service. This fee ranges from $0.75 to $1.99 based on the ticket price.

 

Age Requirement

  • For all Wallace Hall performances, everyone patron requires a ticket regardless of age.
  • For certain designated children performances kids under the age of one may sit at no charge on the lap of their parent or guardian. (Please see specific show listing for special exceptions).

Consumer Warning: Tickets obtained from sources other than Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and will not be honored. 

Weather Policy

In the spirit of “the show must go on!” we fully intend for all performances at Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center to proceed as scheduled. If weather forces a declared state of emergency or if the performers are unable to get to the theatre we will advise you at that time as to whether the performance has been cancelled, and what options are available to you. If may be difficult to reach us by phone in this situation; we ask that you instead visit our website at www.wallacehall.org, where we will immediately post notice of any show cancellation or postponement.

If a state of emergency is declared ticket holders may exchange to an alternate performance later in the week if available, but remember that as time goes on seating choices become more limted. Affected ticket buyers would need to phone Wallace Hall to make this exchange at 256-549-8325.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I purchased tickets to an event, but now I can’t attend. What can I do?
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for ticketed events at the Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center once a sale is completed. However, we are happy to work with you so that someone else, such as a friend or family member, can use your tickets. For more information, contact us at 256-549-8325.

What is TicketBiscuit?
TicketBiscuit is Gadsden State's Box Office Systems provider. All ticket orders are securely processed through their state-of-the-art systems. Your information remains confidential and will never be sold or transferred to third parties.

I am in a wheelchair or have difficulty with steps. Where will my seats be located?
We have seating areas in our theatre that will accommodate your needs and allow you to enjoy our presentations completely. To reserve seats in these areas, please contact our Box Office. We apologize, but these seats are not available on our website. You’ll be able to access all rows listed above without encountering stairs.
