Scheduling Meeting Rooms

Policy

Library meeting rooms are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. In order to schedule any of the available meeting rooms, contact the Circulation Desk at the location you are requesting the meeting room. (Meadows Library--256-549-8333, McClellan Library--256-238-8342, Ayers Campus Library--256-835-5435)

Please be prepared to provide information pertaining to the size of the group, the nature of the meeting, beginning and ending times, and a contact person.

Library staff does not make coffee or provide refreshments.
