GED Testing Schedule (Ayers Campus)

Gadsden State Community College will offer GED testing at the Ayers Campus for 2012 during the following dates and times.

Eligible candidates must provide a government issued ID and Social Security Card for registration and testing. Candidates ages 16 and 17 should call for new guideline requirements, including exit interview form, notarized parent permission letter and other official forms needed.

The GED Registration is held at the Ayers Administration Building between 7:30 – 9:00 a.m.  A required orientation will begin after registration is completed and end by 11:45 a.m.  The GED Testing Fee is $50.00 (cash/credit card/cashier’s check/money order only).  No personal checks will be accepted.  The testing fee must be paid at registration.

Re-test candidates must also attend the registration prior to taking the GED Test, and bring a copy of their previous test scores. There is a $10.00 fee for each test taken.

    Registration for free GED classes at Gadsden State’s Ayers Campus will be held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. Evening registration will be held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. New students may register by coming to the Cheaha Career Center, Room 126, in Anniston. GED classes meet Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Evening classes meet from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. GED classes are free, and are open to all adults 17 or older who have not finished high school. Those who are 16 or 17 years old must call 256-835-5462 prior to registration. For more information on this class site or others in the Calhoun County area, please call 256-835-5462.
