New Student GED Registration July 11-12

Ayers Campus GED Registration Slated

Registration for free GED classes is scheduled for July 11 at the Cheaha Career Center on the Ayers Campus of Gadsden State Community College.  New

 students should come to Room 126 on the first floor of the Career Center. Registration is at 8:15 a.m. for day classes and 5:00 p.m. for evening classes (no late arrivals).  GED classes are free for all adults 17 or older. Those who are 16 or 17 must call 1-877-243-8433 prior to registration. Classes are designed to improve reading, writing, and math skills, and increase general knowledge in social studies and general science.  The next registration will be August 1, at the same times and location. Future registration dates are the first and third Wednesday of each month, at 8:15 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Gadsden Registration for Free GED Classes

Registration for free GED classes is scheduled for July 11-12 at Brown Hall located on the East Broad Campus of Gadsden State Community College. New students may register by coming to the 2nd Floor of Brown Hall at 8:00 a.m. (no late arrivals). Registration should be completed by 12:30 p.m. GED classes are free, and are open to all adults 17 or older who have not finished high school. Those who are 16 or 17 years old must call 1-877-243-8433 prior to registration. Classes are designed to improve reading, writing, and math skills, and increase general knowledge in social studies and general science. Beginning August 3, the Adult Ed Program will register students on the first and third Friday of each month.
