Gadsden State Community College will observe summer operating hours again this year beginning Monday, May 13. The adjusted schedule will help conserve energy consumption thus providing a cost saving advantage for the college and
its employees. The summer hours will be Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and the College will be closed on Fridays. Hours for campus bookstores will be 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Ayers Campus) and 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Wallace Drive Campus). The summer work schedule will continue through Friday, August 9.
Some buildings will be operational on Fridays for classes and to support selected programs and activities. All summer camp programs will adhere to the new schedule with the exception of athletic camps and Camp Cardinal (Ayers and Wallace Drive campuses). The college will be closed on Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day and Thursday, July 4 for Independence Day annual holiday observances.

Summer I classes begin Thursday, May 9 and final exams will be held May 24. Go to www.gadsdenstate.edu and click on the link to Self Service Banner on the left side of the page. View the Class Schedule or “Enter Secure Area” to begin the registration process. Classes for Full Summer and Summer II begin May 30 and Summer III classes begin July 8.
