The Gadsden State Office of eLearning will celebrate National Distance Learning
Week November 5-9. Sponsored by the United States Distance Learning Association, National Distance Learning Week (NDLW) serves to recognize and celebrate the growth and accomplishments of distance learning while recognizing leaders and best practices in the field.
In recognition of National Distance Learning Week, the Office of eLearning is sponsoring several activities–an essay/digital media presentation contest featuring the topic “How Has eLearning at Gadsden State Affected the Way You are Reaching Your Goals?” and a photo contest that focuses on where students participate in their Gadsden State eLearning classes (“Where Do You GSCC eL?”) Students should photograph themselves in front of the library, break room, sitting at a table in their home or wherever they GSCC eL.

Essays, presentations, and photos should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by November 8. Awards will be given to the student with the winning and second place presentation.
