Bookstore Purchase Procedure
Purchases can be made from the GSCC Bookstore with the Budget Manager's approval. Bookstore purchases are interdepartmental--the bookstore charges the budget given for the items purchased. No purchase order is needed.
Unless the Bookstore is awarded a bid, bid items cannot be purchased from the bookstore. These items include computer equipment, copy paper, continuous-feed paper, business letterhead, business envelopes, some computer software and office supplies. For a detailed list of items that are currently on bid and to whom the bid is awarded, please contact the email@example.com.
