Associate in Applied Science Degree Program
The Computer Science Technology-Network Administration Program (NWA) is designed to prepare students to enter the field of computer networking with a college degree
supported by industry certification. ONLINE classes are offered that prepare students for certification by the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA A+, Network+,
Linux+ and Security+), and by Microsoft (Microsoft MCSA Windows Server).
INSTRUCTOR LED classes are aligned to the Cisco CCNA certification and give students hands on experience with wired and wireless networking technology using CISCO
networking devices and Windows and Linux based PCs.
Network Administration provides the foundation needed for cybersecurity and the most demanded skills in our area. The Computer Science Technology Program (COMT) includes industry certifications designed to prepare students to secure a job in the field of information technology. The students gain experience with computer hardware, basic networking, Microsoft Windows products, database applications, web design, and current programming languages.
