The Alabama Fatherhood Initiative (AFI) is a statewide network of public, non-profit
and faith-based organizations that through a variety of support services and training resources,
promotes the ability of non-custodial parents to support their children emotionally and financially.
Through AFI, participants will receive access to counseling, basic education programs,
short-term technical training, long-term technical training, and employment opportunities.
