Education: Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Gadsden State in 2011 with an associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. Certified by Motion Industries, Rockwell Automation, Siemens and Modicon for troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.

Manufacturing Experience: Manufacturing Experience: Started her career at Southwire as a senior electronics engineering technician in the Maintenance Department. Also worked as an engineering assistant for Dovatron/Flextronics; and a lab assistant and electronics lab technician at Alspi; and an electronic board assembling technician at SCI Systems.

Quotable: “I was the first female maintenance team member at Southwire. I was part of the breakdown maintenance team. As a technician, I was responsible for any job or work order that came in, whether it was mechanical, electrical or technical. I acquired a wealth of knowledge during my time in industry that added to my knowledge received at Gadsden State Community College.”
