Shannon Pickard to Visit Gadsden State

Nationally known motivational speaker Shannon Pickard will be on the campus of Gadsden State Community College March 2.

The event, coordinated by the Career Transitions Program, will be held in three one-hour sessions at 8:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m. and at 1:15 p.m. at Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center located on the Wallace Drive Campus in Gadsden.

                Pickard has become one of the best and most sought after youth motivational speakers with over 10 years on the stage as a leadership speaker, career speaker and keynote conference speaker. He has an unparalleled connection with and inspires thousands of students, educators and corporate leaders across the country with his presentations and workshops. Pickard is also a writer, producer and co-host of the weekly television show “Teen Talk” which airs nationally on the WB Network. He is a series regular on TLC’s “For Better or For Worse”.
