Alabama Talent Triad  

All community and technical colleges in Alabama participate in the Alabama Talent Triad, which is an online platform that brings together job seekers and prospective employers in Alabama. EBSCO has collaborated with the Alabama Community College System to develop the online integrated data systems used to access student data. Student data is only shared when the student logs in to create a digital wallet. The digital wallet identifies matches between job seekers and skills-based job descriptions.
