Positive Case List

Gadsden State Community College has a public responsibility to post COVID-positive cases that include a "close contact." A "close contact" is defined by the CDC as being within six feet of a person with COVID-19 for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more in a 24-hour period. If a close contact is reported, those individuals will be contacted by college officials concerning the positive diagnosis. 

Students who receive a positive COVID-19 diagnosis and have recently been on a Gadsden State campus should report the diagnosis to Kelley Pearce, associate dean of Enrollment and Retention, at kpearce@gadsdenstate.edu. Employees should report positive results to Kim Cobb, human resources manager, at kcobb@gadsdenstate.edu.
