Gadsden State to host Virtual College Info Day

Gadsden, Ala. – Gadsden State Community College is hosting Virtual College Info Day in an effort to inform prospective students without the risk of spreading the COVID-19 coronavirus. The event is from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Nov. 16.

“In the past, Gadsden State has hosted Preview Days to allow prospective students to get a firsthand view of the campus of their choice,” said Tonya Douthitt, director of Enrollment Services. “Because it is not safe for mass gatherings, we are going to offer the same information virtually.”

During Virtual College Info Day, prospective students will get a snapshot of Gadsden State programs, enrollment process and campus life. They will also learn about academic and student support services, admissions, scholarships and financial aid.
