Automotive Service Technology

Gadsden State offers affordable training in Automotive Service Technology that results in a certificate or short-term certificate. Completers will become a technician capable of high-quality automotive service and maintenance. Students learn to use modern testing devices for diagnosing technical problems, and they are trained to use scientific principles and up-to-date technical information in servicing automobiles. The program is offered at the East Broad Campus.

Dual Enrollment 

Automotive Service Technology is a scholarship-eligible program for Gadsden State’s Dual Enrollment Program. The program is available to eligible high school students. Through Dual Enrollment, students earn both college and high school credits. Eligible students must have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA. They must be a high school sophomore, junior or senior, and they must have approval from a high school counselor or administrator. Limited scholarships and grants are available!
