Salon and Spa Management

An Associate in Applied Science in Salon and Spa Management prepares students to become professionals in the cosmetology industry. Students are guided with information and skilled techniques in the art of cutting, color, chemicals, styling, skincare and nail care. Students also participate in classes on salon business skills and work ethic. The program is offered on the Ayers and East Broad campuses.

Dual Enrollment 

Salon and Spa Management is eligible for Gadsden State’s Dual Enrollment Program. The program is available to eligible high school students. Through Dual Enrollment, students earn both college and high school credits. Eligible students must have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA. They must be a high school sophomore, junior or senior, and they must have approval from a high school counselor or administrator.
