Priority Registration: June 24 
All Other Registration: June 25

Drop for non-payment @ 5:00 p.m.

All Fall classes: August 12


Full Fall & Fall 1: August 19

Drop/Add: August 19, 20, 21, 24, 25

Drop for non-payment @ 7:00 a.m.

All Fall classes: August 26




Students who are clear in admissions and have a Student ID Number (A#) can search for classes by clicking on the OneACCS, the new Self-Service Banner, link located at the top of the Gadsden State homepage.

Beginning Fall 2019, all students will use OneACCS to register for classes. MyGadsdenState will only be used for Blackboard and Email.

To login to OneACCS, enter your A# and six digit pin.  

  • Once you sign into OneACCS
    • Click Student
      • Registration
      • Look up Classes
      • Select a Term

Students can Register, Drop, and Withdraw from classes this way.

Note: Students will not be able to drop their last class online during the drop/add period. They will have to come to the Records/Admissions office and fill out a complete withdraw form.


How To: 

  • Log into OneACCS 
  • Click on “Student Button”; then click “Student Records”; then “Academic Transcript.”
  • Change the Transcript Level to say “All Levels” and Transcript Type to say “Unofficial Web Transcript.”
  • Click Submit.
  • You can print your transcript

NOTE: Transcript requests will need to be made by the form until further notice. You will be unable to access the transcript from your new account in OneACCS.

  1. Login to OneACCS
  2. Click Student Button
  3. Click Registration
  4. Click Concise Student Schedule
  5. Be sure the drop down box displays the correct term
  6. Right-click and select print

  2. Click Student Button
  3. Click Student Account
  4. Click Account Summary By Term
  5. View Balance
  6. Click Pay Now button & complete payment procedures


Class Roster & Enrollment

In order for a student to be granted credit for a class, the student’s name must appear on the official class roll. Students registered for a class must receive a grade for that class unless the class is deleted by the college or dropped by the student.
